I’m Kris, a certified K-8 teacher with 17 years of teaching experience inside and outside of classrooms. I’m dedicated to creating a supportive space for students to discover who they are, what lights them up, and what they can contribute to the world. I’ve created Birds of a Feather to reach towards LGBTQ+ youth who seek an academic space where they can be completely themselves.
